1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Original packaging should be included
- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable
2. How to Request a Return

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
Once approved, we’ll provide the return instructions.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original and place a new order.
